Who publishes this site
openet.nl is published by Openet B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands, KvK 75227312, VAT NL860196951B01, at Willem de Zwijgerlaan 350, 1055 RD Amsterdam. Openet B.V. is part of BDS Holding, alongside ATON B.V. (KvK 72184949) and CyberPro B.V. (KvK 76269930).
What the site is
It describes what Openet does. It is information, not an offer. Nothing here is a proposal capable of acceptance, a quotation, a warranty, or advice you should act on without speaking to us. Where the site describes activities, partners, programmes or agreements, it describes them as at the date below and they may since have changed.
Accuracy
We take care that what is published is correct, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. Figures, dates and descriptions of third parties are given in good faith on information available to us.
Links to other sites
Where we link outward, including to other companies in the group, we do not control what those sites publish and take no responsibility for it. A link is not an endorsement.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, drawn map, ornament and photography on this site belong to Openet B.V. The Openet wordmark and monogram are our marks and may not be reproduced, redrawn, recoloured or set as type. You may quote briefly with attribution and link to us freely; you may not republish the site or substantial parts of it.
The typefaces used here, Old Standard TT and Libre Franklin, are third-party works under the SIL Open Font License and remain their authors’.
Availability
We do not guarantee that the site is available without interruption. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes arising from the use of this site go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
